The machine adopts PLC control, servo drive, photoelectric detection and other latest technology, automatically complete many process such as: case feeding, gluing, box feeding, assembly and positioning, side pressing and molding.

Adopting a downward suction structure to solve the problem of doubleor multiple hard case feeding and prevent the hard case from scratching.

Gluing is controlled by servo motor, which makes the glue spraying more accurate. The Flexible line of spraying glue can be set freely on the screen according to product needs. Optional hot and cold double glue system to make the product more viscous and anti-opening.

Positioning is controlled by servo motor, which makes the positioning more precise. Easy to setup enhance productivity and increase enterprise profit.

The bubble-pressing structure is adopted to automatically flang the book-shaped box and the box-in-box or the frame box , so that the gap after the product is assembled with glue becomes smaller.
